My name is Christian Plasencia, and I’m the Inspection Pro!

 

I LOVE what I do, and I feel lucky to earn a living inspecting homes!

I started performing my own home inspections (on homes I planned to buy) decades ago. I just wasn’t able to find a home inspector I was comfortable using. We’ve all heard the phrase “if you want it done right you do it yourself”, and that's exactly what I did!

I slowly began to inspect houses for family and friends, and before long it became an enjoyable business. I now provide home inspections, radon testing, new construction inspections, multi-family inspections & commercial building inspection services for home buyers and sellers in Battle Creek, Marshall, Kalamazoo and surrounding areas.
